Hawa lives in spiritual healing consciousness business world. Her primary existence is to serve Humanity and share message of Love and Oneness of Humanity and contribute to restoring the Honour, Dignity and Respect of the People of Africa and Emerging Markets.
This is the primary foundation of values she uses to transact and be involved in deal-making together with integrity and absolute attention to detail. Her philosophy is to use her expertise and experience to stay relevant for what is required to build the might of African companies and societies.
She has had the privilege to be part of the first generation of Black Investment Professionals in South Africa and is a very proud product of affirmative action. It is this experience that has inspired her to contribute to building the sustainable might of Africa in the 21st Century.
This inspiration has led her to be focused on international deal-making and partnerships underpinned by values of consciousness, localization, technology transfer, regional integration and building of local economies. She focuses on projects/transactions in Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Asia, Central Asia and Caspian Sea region.

Track Record
In South Africa, she has 21 years of investment and private equity fund management experience. She has pioneered the concept of SRI Private Equity Funds and SRI Development Funds with pension funds as the primary investors. She has focused on all areas of private equity from origination, deal assessment, structuring, legal and aftercare. She has evaluated thousands of transactions in almost every industry – industrial, agriculture, logistics, property, construction, financial services, renewable energy, manufacturing, biotechnology, mining, telecommunications, tourism, etc.
Hawa has established a solid track record in conceptualization, originating and executing transactions. She is sought after internationally to unlock deals and provide solutions in complex transactions. She has mastered the art of stakeholder engagements that give the angle to conclude deals. She draws on the rigorous training she received in investments (research, fundamental analysis and absolute attention to detail) and the healing world (looking at every transaction from every dimension and angle).
Hawa is passionate about creation of Global African Companies, the sustainable economic development of Africa, emerging markets and its people receiving its rightful place in the global economy and society.
